This includes curriculum planning, trainer selection guidance, and delivery method recommendations (in-person, virtual, or blended). Learning Strategy Alignment: Supporting the development of an L&D framework that connects employee development with business performance, ensuring that training outcomes translate into measurable organizational value. Content and Platform Recommendations: Recommending digital platforms, e-learning tools, and interactive learning methods that maximize engagement and retention, including options with gamification or AI-driven personalization. Evaluation and ROI Planning: Guidance on how to measure learning success and link training investments to tangible performance improvements. Following the assessment, a tailored proposal will be provided outlining your organization’s training needs, program architecture, and implementation roadmap. Indicative starting price: €350 for an initial needs assessment and learning program design consultation. Further project work is priced according to project scope and complexity.
