Product Concept Development: Advising on suitable product categories—both physical and digital—that align with your brand’s identity and have high consumer resonance. Monetization & Market Expansion: Exploring monetization models such as limited-run merchandise, co-branded lines, digital collectibles, or fan-driven product campaigns designed to appeal to modern audiences and niche segments. Operational & Supply Guidance: Providing direction on supplier selection, production methods, and distribution planning to maintain quality, consistency, and profitability. Following the assessment, a detailed proposal will be developed outlining identified opportunities, recommended partnerships, and a revenue-oriented branded merchandise strategy. Indicative starting price: €500 for the initial revenue potential assessment and partnership alignment consultation. Subsequent project stages and implementation support are priced based on scope and deliverables. Consultations are offered in both English and Greek.
